Matt and Jillian both worked for Her Majesty as members of the Canadian Armed Forces. They had moved around. They wanted simple. Lawyers wanted them to do sworn financial statements, pension valuations etc. Matt and Jillian just wanted to deal with the house and leave everything else off of the table. They both understood the risks, but they were fine with this. We were able to make this very simple and send them on their way.
