We have a flat rate option available. This covers the initial meetings, the information gathering, two mediation sessions, the drafting of the agreement – basically everything from beginning to end with one flat fee. If more than two mediation sessions are required then there would be a fee in addition to the flat rate – but in our experience, because of the process we have, this rarely happens. We have to ensure that your file is appropriate for this option.
