You do not have to ‘agree’ to go to mediation

You do not have to 'agree' to go to mediation

There is this thinking out there that the parties have to agree on ‘everything’ or mediation is a waste of time. Nope. Come and talk. Good things happen when parties talk to each other.  I can tell you what each of your lawyer’s will say at a fraction of the cost. I can give you that legal information. We can look for solutions together. I have been looking for solutions in this area for 25 years – came and find a solution with me. After all what is the other option? Give lawyers the keys to the car? Go to court? Mediation is always a good idea.
